Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Rockland Tech Services' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Rockland Tech Services provides business automation and technology consulting services using n8n and related technologies. Our services include:
- Workflow automation design and implementation
- System integration and API connections
- Consultation and strategy services
- Training and documentation
- Ongoing support and maintenance

Automation Solutions
- Quick Win Solutions - Starting at $250 for rapid ROI automations
- Department Transformation - $1,500-$5,000 for comprehensive department automation
- Enterprise Integration - Custom pricing for end-to-end business automation
- Automation Partnership - From $500/month for ongoing automation services
Infrastructure Options
- Self-Hosted (Recommended) - Premium Vultr servers ($20-$125/month) with unlimited executions and full ownership
- Cloud Hosted - n8n Cloud setup and management ($20-$250/month with usage-based pricing)
- On-Premise - Deploy on your own servers with custom setup and configuration
Consultation & Strategy
- Strategy Consultation - Free initial consultation with ROI analysis
- Custom Solution Design - Tailored automation roadmap based on your specific needs

Payment Terms & Transparency
Our Investment Structure
- All projects receive custom pricing based on scope, complexity, and ROI potential
- One-time solutions require 50% payment upfront, 50% upon completion
- Partnership retainers are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are due within 14 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
- All investments are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
Third-Party Costs (Not Controlled by Rockland Tech Services)
In addition to our service fees, you may incur costs from third-party providers. We provide estimates but do not control these costs:
- Infrastructure: Self-hosted ($20-$125/month), Cloud Hosted ($20-$250/month), or On-Premise (custom setup)
- SaaS subscriptions: Upgrades to existing tools may be required for advanced features
- API usage: Some services charge for high-volume API calls (estimated during consultation)
- Data storage: Usually minimal or included in infrastructure costs
- Monitoring tools: Optional premium monitoring and analytics services
Our Commitment: We'll estimate all third-party costs during consultation and help you choose the most cost-effective options. No surprises.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business processes and requirements
- Grant necessary access to systems and tools for automation implementation
- Test automations and provide feedback during development
- Maintain backup systems and data as recommended
- Notify us promptly of any issues or changes to your requirements
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of your business data, processes, and content. We only use this information to provide the agreed services.
Our Work Product
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom automations we create specifically for your business. General methodologies, templates, and tools remain our intellectual property.
Third-Party Tools
n8n and other third-party tools used in automations are subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Warranties and Limitations
Service Warranty
We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. We will correct any defects in our work at no additional cost during the warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services integrated into your automations.
Termination
- Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice
- One-time projects cannot be cancelled once work has commenced, but may be modified by mutual agreement
- Upon termination, you retain access to completed work product
- We may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of terms
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Illinois, USA and governed by Illinois law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Existing clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
